A Trip To Osaka

Hi Qtees ⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡ Hope you all are having a great start to the New Year ✨ It’s been awfully cold here in Korea but we’re pushing through the coldness by keeping ourselves busy. It’s only January but we’re so grateful to be able to travel to 2 countries already! I’m assuming some of our Qtees are wondering when our Hong Kong vlog is going up. And the answer is February 2nd! Hong Kong is one of the countries we’ve always wanted to visit and explore. Honestly, throughout the entire trip, I felt like I was inside a movie. Everything felt so nostalgic and charming ₊✩‧₊˚౨ৎ˚₊✩‧₊ Ahhhh!! Hope it’s hard to convey what I felt during the trip in words. I guess you Qtees will be able to understand what I’m trying to say through our upcoming YouTube video in February ☺️ Stay tuned!

We’ve been to Japan many times before but we never get to explore Osaka 🇯🇵 We’ve heard many beautiful things about Osaka, which made us even more excited about the trip! One of the places that we anticipated the most to visit was Osaka vintage store called Aura Japon. I’ve done a little research about the store ahead of time, and it was quite popular due to its vast collections of vintage pieces that are in good condition with reasonable price! The brand actually operates 4 different stores according to different regions: Paris, Milan, New York and London. All 4 stores are located right next to each other, so it’s easy to go to one store from another. Out of all 4 stores, our favorite store was Paris. I still can’t grasp how friendly the price are! ( I literally had to double check the price tag everytime haha) I’m sharing the address below for any Qtees who are interested:

We are the type of person who hardly ever wait in line to eat something. BUT, this was an exception! I actually stumbled upon Unagi Kushiyaki Izumo store through TikTok. They sell this Towering Eel Ball Bowl, which looked mouthwatering 🤤 As expected, there were a long line in front of the restaurant and we had to wait for about 30 minutes to get in. And it was worth it! A little hint when ordering the bowl: The portion is quite big, so if you want to avoid leftovers, ask for half a rice 🍚 I’ll leave the address below for Qtees who are interested!

We also visited a second-hand vintage furniture and home-good store called CopyArt Collective and did a little damage in our bank account….lol Especially Qjin fell in love with a specific framed art piece, which you can check it out on our recent Osaka YouTube vlog! There were so many other great furniture and interior decor pieces, which we hoped we could afford to ship them to Koreaaaaaaa 😭

We went to this restaurant called Galette et Cidre for late brunch. The restaurant was known for galette, which is made with buckwheat and originated from France. I must say, this is the cutest restaurant we’ve ever visited in Osaka 💘 The restaurant was quite small, roughly 4 tables and it seems to be run by a mother and a daughter. We had a few communication difficulties so both the owner and I used google translate to communicate, which was so cute 🎀 They were both super lovely people and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

If you’re in Japan, of course you have to check out the vending machine and take cute photos 😉

Oh my god…. If you Qtees want parfait, PLEASE try the Doremi Cafe! First, the interior is so cute ᯓᡣ𐭩 We got so much inspiration for our future cafe. Also, the presentation of the Parfait is out of the world! And most importantly, it’s so delicious! I think we devoured it within 5 minutes haha. But one downside is that the cafe is smoking-friendly. So we couldn’t stay in for too long. Other than that, our experience at Doremi was 10 out of 10 ✨

We walked over 20,000 steps every single day, and we didn’t complain at all because we had so much fun just walking around the streets of Osaka. Every corner was so photogenic and aesthetically beautiful. And I can’t stress enough how clean the streets are!

There are more to this Osaka Trip, which you Qtees can watch it through our recent YouTube Video. Hopefully there’s more chance for us to visit Japan this year! And it’d be our dream to organize an official meet & greet in Japan someday 🥹 Thak you so much for reading this blog Qtees <3 Take care and I’ll talk to you Qtees again very soon. Love you⋆。‧˚ʚ🍓ɞ˚‧。⋆
